Refund and Cancellation Policy

Last updated: October 22, 2026

Cancelling

You can cancel any time. Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and no further payment is taken.

To cancel, use the cancel link in your Paddle receipt email or in your Paddle account, or write to [email protected] and we will cancel for you.

Refunds

Payments are taken by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, and refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method.

  • Within 14 days of a payment: you can ask for a full refund of that payment, for a first purchase or a renewal, without giving a reason.
  • After 14 days: we do not usually refund the current period, but you can cancel so it does not renew. We will look at problems such as a double charge or a billing mistake case by case.
  • If you are in the EU or UK you also have the legal rights you have as a consumer. Nothing in this policy limits them.

A refund ends your access to the paid features for that period.

How to ask for a refund

Write to [email protected] from the email address on your account, with the date of the payment. You can also ask Paddle directly through the link in your receipt. Refunds usually reach you within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment method.

Renewals

Your plan renews automatically every month or year until you cancel. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
